INTERNAL USE INSTRUCTIONS:

Medicinal Clay™ Drink for Colon Cleanse and Detox

Step 1: Mix 3 tablespoons of clay into 3 cups of water using a glass jar.

Step 2: Soak the mix overnight, this allows the clay to diffuse and charge the water.

Step 3: Drink the top gray clay water without mixing the clay sediment from the bottom of the jar. Drink 3 times daily, as stated above for 7-14 days. Repeat detox monthly as maintenance.

EXTERNAL USE – MEDICINAL CLAY™ Wrap (Poultice)

Medicinal Clay™ Body Wrap (Poultice - a Medicinal Clay™ Powder mixed with water

This poultice is then applied to an inflamed part of the body (abdomen, joint, muscle) for purpose to absorb toxins and clear inflammation.

EXTERNAL USE INSTRUCTIONS:

Clay Poultice Body Wrap

Step 1: Mix Medicinal Clay powder with pure water until it has a consistency of thick paste.

Step 2: Spread clay (about ½ inch thick) onto a cotton cloth and Apply to the treatment area. Secure the poultice onto the body with a bandage or medical tape. Keep the application on your body for 1-2 hours.

Step 3: After the clay poultice has been used for the treatment, it must be discarded. Do not reuse the old poultice!

Step 4: Wash the treated area with warm water and pat dry.
