30-Day Product Return Guarantee
All the Healing Foods Company’s products are covered by a 30-Day Product Return Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you may return the products for a full product refund, less a 30% restocking fee, and less any shipping and handling fees incurred by us.
This Guarantee is (i) applicable only to our products purchased directly from our website, healingfoodscompany.com, or our approved vendor (knowyourgut.com), our products purchased from other sites or vendors are not covered by this Guarantee; and (ii) kicks in from a date when any product was purchased for the very first time – the original purchase date – and NOT from the most recent order date nor from any other dates following the original purchase date.
Also, all the following additional conditions apply:
- Any product may only be RETURNED ONCE. Any product returned and
- subsequently re-purchased at later date is NO LONGER covered by this 30- Day Product Return Guarantee.
- All unopened (with the original package and seals intact and undamaged) bottles and/or boxes will be refunded for in full, less shipping and handling charges and a 30% restocking fee, if received by us within the 30-day time window.
- Only one (1) opened (with original seal broken or damaged) bottle or box of any product will be refunded for when returned back to us empty or full. All the other opened bottles or boxes of the same product DO NOT QUALIFY for the refund and WILL NOT be refunded for regardless of the quantity returned. For full refund (less S&H charges & 30% restocking fee) be sure to ship back to us all your unopened bottles and/or boxes within the 30-day time window.
- ALL returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, regardless whether they are opened or not. This is a mandatory fee due to the rare, limited and expensive nature of our specially manufactured products, as well as our strict no-resale policy of any and all returned goods.
- For any and all refunds to be processed a product return MUST HAVE a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to a product being shipped back to us. An RMA can be obtained by emailing our Customer Service Department at email@example.com. Or you can call us at 1-877-795-4325 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00 pm E.S.T.
- Any product returned to us without an RMA but within the 30-day guarantee time window will be issued an in-house credit only.
- No refunds will be issued for any products, open or unopened, with or without RMA, received by us outside of the 30-day guarantee time window.
